Oh man, I loved this wedding. John & Katie are two of the sweetest people you could hope to meet, and their wedding was so beautiful, so thoughtful, and so lovely. I will list the many suppliers that made this day possible at the bottom, so check after the pictures, but mainly Katie made this day possible – with her planning and attention to detail and over all her love for her John.
The couple’ friends & family gathered to celebrate their marriage, and Katie’s late father was present throughout in the charms on her bouquet, in the speeches, and carried in the hearts of those who felt his absence keenly. It is something that sadly many couples have to face, and I am never less than moved by the ways they choose to honour their lost loved ones.
Katie & John’s wedding was held at St Mary’s Chruch in Liss, followed by a relaxed reception in the gardens of Katie’s former employers in Blackmoor – and a big thank you to the Smith family for making us all so welcome, myself included, and it is testament to how much you think of Katie that you asked her to use your beautiful home; it was a perfect choice.
Katie & John. Thank you so much for trusting me to capture your day – I loved every second of it. xxx
The tee-pees were decorated with countless signs and handmade touches, and with flowers by Lock Cottage. Katie & her lovely maids Hannah x2 were beautified by Tracey West and Natasha Bailey. Our DJ was Ashley Riggs, and the gorgeous hog roast was provided by The Sunsetters from The Rising Sun. Katie’s stunning gown was by Art Couture, and was found at Elegance & Grace Bridal in Petersfield. The excellent photobooth was provided by The Mighty Booth.
